Studio Policy
PRESTIGE MUSIC ACADEMY STUDIO POLICY
We provide professional services to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile, and to your highest level of satisfaction. Our studio policy has been complied and put in place to ensure a pleasant experience for all our students as well as our staff.
PAYMENT & BILLING
- Prestige Music Academy will withdraw the amount due for monthly lessons on the 1st of each month. *Applies to auto-pay students only.
- Students who decline auto-pay are required to pay the final week of each month for the next month’s sessions.
- If a payment has not been made by the 15th of that month, a $10 late fee will be applied each week until the account is current.
- Your monthly payment is to reserve your chosen time slot and ensures that there will be an instructor and room available for your weekly lesson.
MISSED LESSONS
Out of respect for everyone’s time, we require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a missed lesson. Make-up lessons are available when proper notice is given. Times available for make-ups will depend on your instructors’ schedule. Please speak with either a PMA representative or your instructor for available make-up times. Credits are not available. If your instructor is not available, PMA reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor for your scheduled lesson.
CONDUCT
Students are expected to show respect for their instructors, classmates, family members and adhere to a standard code of conduct at all times while in our studio. Any students showing action which may cause harm/injury to others or disrupt other students from learning will be asked to sit out their class time. A parent or guardian meeting will be arranged and a decision will be made as to what action the company must make, up to and including dismissal from our studio. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our students and staff. Any student over 18 showing action which may cause harm/injury or disrupt others learning will be immediately dismissed from the studio.
