Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month (automatic payments preferred).

If you opt out of auto-pay, you must pay by the last week of the preceding month to secure your lesson times.

Payments not received by the 10th will incur a $10 late fee only (1 time) per week until the balance is cleared.

Your monthly payment reserves your instructor and studio room for that slot.

Maximum of 3 makeup lessons per semester

Makeups will be scheduled based on instructor availability (may be with a different instructor).

Credits or refunds are not offered for missed lessons.

If your regular instructor isn’t available, PMA may provide a substitute instructor to fulfill your lesson.

Respect for instructors, staff, peers, and property is expected at all times.

Disruptive or harmful behavior (physical, verbal, or otherwise) may result in temporary removal from class, a meeting with guardians, or dismissal from the studio.

For students 18 and over, serious issues may result in immediate dismissal to maintain safety and respect in the learning space.

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: By appointment only

Students should have their own instrument for home practice unless enrolled in preschool/early childhood classes.

If you need help finding or renting an instrument, ask our staff, we’re happy to assist.

Enrollment in lessons at Prestige implies your acceptance of these policies.

PMA reserves the right to update or amend these policies. Families will receive advance notice whenever possible.
